| 1. A curable composition, comprising:
a functionalized poly(arylene ether);
a vinyl thermoset; and
a flame retardant composition consisting of a trihydrocarbylphosphine oxide and a nitrogen-containing flame retardant selected
from the group consisting of melamine phosphate, melamine pyrophosphate, melamine polyphosphates, and mixtures thereof.
