| 1. A method of making documents with a printing apparatus including a mechanism for placing a requested job for making a document
in a queue, wherein the queue contains a number of jobs in a sequence in which they are to be executed, the method comprising:
requesting at least one job for making a document on behalf of a user associated with the printing apparatus, the at least
one job having attached thereto a label adapted for identification, by the printing apparatus, of the user on which behalf
the at least one job has been requested;
receiving the at least one job by the printing apparatus; and
automatically placing, by the printing apparatus, the at least one job in the queue for automatic printing without user intervention,
wherein the method further comprises, before the at least one job is automatically printed:
inputting a user identification by the user at the printing apparatus, and
identifying the user by the printing apparatus by means of the input user identification based on the label of the at least
one job,
wherein the step of automatically placing includes automatically placing the at least one job at a predetermined location
in the queue in order to be automatically printed as a next job.
