| 1. A structure comprising:
a substrate;
a layer of a nonmagnetic material on the substrate, the layer having trapezoidal pores in its thickness direction, which are
tapered toward the substrate; and
a magnetic material in the pores,
wherein the magnetic material comprises:
first crystal particles having an easy magnetization axis crystallographically oriented in a direction normal to the substrate;
and
second crystal particles deposited on the first crystal particles, the second crystal particles having an easy magnetization
axis crystallographically oriented in a direction different from the direction of the crystallographic orientation in the
first crystal particles, and
wherein the first crystal particles are deposited with a convex surface at an interface with the second crystal particles.
