| 1. A latching device for controllably retaining a panel relative to a frame, the latching device comprising:
a latch body attachable to at least one of a panel and a frame;
a controllable bolt displaceably carried on the latch body;
a portion of the bolt abutting a portion of the other of a panel and a frame for preventing displacement of a panel from a
frame;
at least one pressure responsive device for detecting a pressure differential on at least one side of a panel, the pressure
responsive device communicating with the controllable bolt for controllably disengaging the bolt to allow movement of the
panel relative to the frame upon the at least one pressure responsive device detecting a pressure differential on at least
one side of a panel.
