| 1. A collectible card comprising:
a base including a base recess having a first configuration;
an insert that is positioned within the base recess, the insert having a shape that is representative of a portion of a piece
of sports equipment; and
a cover layer that is coupled to the base, the cover layer including a cover layer aperture having a second configuration
that is different than the first configuration, the insert being at least partially exposed through the cover layer aperture;
wherein the base, the insert, and the cover layer are fixedly secured together to form the collectible card having the size
and shape of the collectible card.
