| 1. An apparatus comprising:
a high frequency signal source;
a fractional N synthesizer coupled to receive a signal from the high frequency signal source, the fractional N synthesizer
further coupled to receive a digital control word and output a local oscillator signal;
a radio receiver circuit coupled to the fractional N synthesizer to receive the local oscillator signal and to provide data
packets; and
an error indication circuit coupled to the radio receiver circuit to detect errors, and to provide the digital control word
to the fractional N synthesizer.
