1. A compound of the formula

 in which R18, and R19 and R20 are, independently, selected from the group consisting of hydrogen, —OH or alkoxy of 1 to 6 carbon atoms;
R21 and R22 are, independently, alkyl of 1 to 6 carbon atoms;
X is —(CH2)m—;
Y is a bond or —(CH2)n—;
Φ is a bond or —(CH2)p—NR37—(CH2)q—;
Z is —NO2;
R39 is hydrogen;
R37 is alkyl of 1 to 6 carbon atoms;
m and n are integers from 0 to 6, p is 1 and q is 2.
