1. An aqueous dispersion of polyurethane comprising:
a) a urethane polymer or prepolymer,
b) a ketone functional molecule derived from reacting a C3-C20 ketone or aldehyde containing carboxylic acid with 1) an epoxidized triglygeride or 2) an epoxidized polyester, said ketone functional molecule being characterized by having a number average molecular weight from about 500 to about 20,000 Daltons and having at least one ketone or aldehyde functional moiety,
c) at least one molecule having at least one hydrazine moiety co-reactive with said ketone functional molecule, and
d) water.
