| 1. A dental composition comprising:
a polymerizable carbosilane-containing monomer wherein the carbosilane-containing monomer has the following (Formula I):
![]() Ar is an arylene group;
each A is independently an aliphatic, cycloaliphatic, aromatic group, or combinations thereof;
each R is independently an aliphatic group, cycloaliphatic group, or combinations thereof, optionally including one or more
O, Br, Cl, or Si atoms, or combinations thereof, which can include a bicyclic group;
each Q is independently a bond, or an aliphatic group, cycloaliphatic group, aromatic group, or combinations thereof, optionally
including one or more O, Br, Cl, or Si atoms, or combinations thereof, which can include a bicyclic group;
each R′ is independently hydrogen or methyl; and
n is at least two; and
a polymerizable (meth)acrylate component different from the carbosilane-containing monomer.
