| 1. A sensor comprising:
a main body;
a pressure sensor element that measures pressure of a gas located within the main body; and
a temperature sensor element that measures temperature of the gas coupled to the main body, the temperature sensor element
including a columnar sensor body element and a pair of lead terminals that extend along an axial direction from both ends
of the sensor body element;
wherein the main body of the sensor is attached to an object of attachment through which gas passes at a mounting position
defined by an angle of θrq degrees with respect to an ideal attachment position of the main body of the sensor;
wherein an inclination angle θpos at which a central axis of the sensor body element is inclined at the mounting position with respect to a position of the
central axis of the main body at the ideal attachment position of the sensor is set according to the following equation:
(θrq−θallow)≤θpos≤(θrq+θallow)
wherein θallow represents an allowable angle at which an allowable response speed of the temperature sensor element is obtained.
