1. A method for transmitting a Hybrid Automatic Repeat Request-Acknowledge (HARQ-ACK) by a user equipment (UE) in a wireless communication system, the method comprising:
receiving a first Physical Downlink Shared Channel (PDSCH);
canceling a first uplink channel including a first HARQ-ACK which is a response to the first PDSCH,
wherein the first uplink channel is scheduled on a plurality of resources including a first resource;
receiving one or more second PDSCHs;
transmitting a second uplink channel including a second HARQ-ACK in response to the one or more second PDSCHs,
wherein the second uplink channel is transmitted on the first resource, and
wherein, based on the second uplink channel being a Physical Uplink Shared Channel (PUSCH), a beta offset for the second HARQ-ACK is determined based on a number of bits of the second HARQ-ACK.
