| 1. A sensor assembly, comprising:
a frame comprising a loop structure;
an emitter and a detector disposed on opposing sides of the loop structure; and
a coating provided over the frame, wherein the coating comprises at least one diaphragm structure disposed such that at least
one of the emitter and the detector is capable of moving along an axis running between the emitter and the detector.
