| 1. A drive module for driving a load comprising:
an output terminal for connecting the load;
a first control terminal for applying a first control signal, according to which a circuit arrangement provides a supply voltage
having a first or a second voltage level at the output terminal; and
a second control terminal for applying a second control signal, wherein the slope of an edge in the event of a level change
in the supply voltage being dependent on the second control signal, wherein the circuit arrangement comprises:
a first MOS transistor having a control terminal and a load path connected between a terminal for a supply potential and the
output terminal;
a second MOS transistor having a control terminal and a load path connected between the terminal for the supply potential
and the output terminal;
a drive circuit to which the first control signal is fed and which has an output connected to the control terminal of the
first transistor; and
a switching element driven by the second control signal, said switching element being connected between the output of the
drive circuit and the control terminal of the second transistor.
