| 1. A driving apparatus comprising:
a first cylindrically shaped magnet whose outer circumferential surface is alternately magnetized as different polarities
in the circumferential direction;
a second cylindrically shaped magnet whose inner circumferential surface is alternately magnetized as different polarities
in the circumferential direction;
a rotor in which a first magnetic pole portion made of a soft magnetic material opposite to the outer circumferential surface
of the first magnet and a second magnetic pole portion made of a soft magnetic material opposite to the inner circumferential
surface of the second magnet are integrally formed;
a stator for fixing the first and second magnets to the same axis to rotatably support the rotor;
a first coil fixed to the stator to magnetically excite the first magnetic pole portion of the rotor; and
a second coil fixed to the stator to magnetically excite the second magnet pole portion of the rotor.
