| 1. An optical module, comprising:
a) a first optics group coupled to a first lead screw so that translation of the first lead screw results in translation of
the first optics group along an axis parallel to the first lead screw;
b) a first actuator for translating the first lead screw;
c) a first sensing target configured to permit detection of translation of the first lead screw;
d) a second optics group coupled to a second lead screw so that translation of the second lead screw results in translation
of the second optics group along an axis parallel to the second lead screw;
e) a second actuator for translating the second lead screw;
f) a second sensing target configured to permit detection of translation of the second lead screw; and
g) an image sensor.
