| 1. A MEMS shutter system for a camera, comprising:
a shutter;
a virtual pivot system coupled to the shutter, the virtual pivot system comprising one or more flexures configured to position
the shutter; and,
a snubber arranged to mechanically limit the maximum angular displacement of the shutter in at least one of two opposite pivot
directions.
