| 1. A pressure regulating adaptor for coupling with a closed vial, the adaptor comprising:
a base portion comprising a cap connector configured to secure the adaptor to a cap of the closed vial;
a first piercing member extending from the base portion, the first piercing member configured to be inserted through the cap
of the vial and to provide a regulator channel in fluid communication with the environment outside the vial;
a second piercing member extending from the base portion, the second piercing member configured to be inserted through the
cap of the vial and to provide an extractor channel for removal of fluid from the vial; and
a bag secured to the adaptor, the bag configured to move between a stored position, in which the bag is housed at least partially
within the first piercing member, and a deployed position, in which at least a portion of the bag expands within the vial
as fluid is removed from the vial;
wherein the first piercing member and the second piercing member are positioned and shaped such that the piercing members
puncture the cap of the vial in two distinct locations when the adaptor is coupled to the closed vial.
