| 1. An electronic equipment comprising:
a housing having a hollow cavity, comprising first and second cases, the first case having a first inner surface and a first
projection formed on the inner surface, the second case having a second inner surface and a second projection formed on the
second inner surface, the second projection being engaged with the first projection;
a circuit board which is provided in the hollow housing, has a hole having a diameter larger than those of the first and second
projections, and is arranged in such a manner that the first projection or the second projection is inserted in the hole;
and
a first stopper provided around one of the first and second projections so as to provide a gap between the first stopper and
the circuit board.
