1. A power steering system for an all-terrain vehicle comprising:
an actuator unit comprising:
a power assist motor and a torque sensor, said actuator unit being disposed on a steering shaft that is inclined wherein an upper portion thereof is located on a rear side; and
a control unit for controlling said power assist motor, said control unit being disposed on an upper side of said actuator unit,
wherein the power assist motor extends in a direction rearwardly from the steering shaft in a direction so that it does not overlap left and right frame members when the all-terrain vehicle is viewed in plan view,
wherein said power assist motor is disposed entirely rearwardly of a pair of left and right tie rods when the all-terrain vehicle is viewed in plan view.
