1. A retainer sleeve comprising:
a body including
an at least partially annular configuration defining an axis of rotation, a radial direction, and a circumferential direction;
a radially inner annular surface defining a radially inner aperture; and
a first anti-rotation feature extending radially inwardly from the radially inner annular surface including a sloping ledge having a locking surface that faces at least partially in the circumferential direction and along a direction that is parallel to the axis of rotation, forming an oblique angle with the direction that is parallel to the axis of rotation in a plane perpendicular to the radial direction.
