1. A method of reducing dry feel associated with cyclic silicone in a cosmetic, comprising the step of applying to the skin a cosmetic comprising an organopolysiloxane expressed byte following general formula (1) {(CH3)3SiO}3SiCH3  (1), and at least one cyclic silicone selected from the group consisting of octamethylcyclotetrasiloxane, decarnethylcyclopentasiloxane, and dodecamethylcyclohexasiloxane in a mass ratio of the organopolysiloxane to the cyclic silicone of from 99:1 to 1:99.
