1. An anisotropically-shaped powder with perovskite crystal structure comprising an alkali-pentavalent metal oxide compound represented by a general formula: ABO3, wherein a main ingredient for an A-site element is K and/or Na and a main ingredient for a B-site element is Nb, Sb and/or Ta, with a specific crystal plane as its developed plane, with a platelike or flaky shape, and with an average aspect ratio of 3 or more.
