1. A method of producing a plurality of personal recreational vehicle models having differing electrical components installed in a common housing for a power distribution module, the method comprising:
providing a common power distribution module housing including a substantially flat wall having a component attachment surface on a first side and an electrical conductor interface on a second side, the component attachment surface having an array of at least three substantially evenly space rows of receptacle openings and at least three substantially evenly spaced columns of receptacle openings, the receptacle openings securing receptacle electrical connectors therein configured to receive rigid electrical components on said first side across any adjacent openings, the electrical conductor interface having conductor openings with electrical conductors on said second side connected through the housing to the receptacle electrical connectors;
placing a component arrangement guide on the component attachment surface adjacent the receptacle openings on the first side of the housing, the component arrangement guide having indicia for placement of electrical components; and
installing a plurality of electrical components into a plurality of positions in the receptacle openings on said first side, each component being installed in a position indicated by the component arrangement guide and bridging at least two adjacent openings.
