1. A method for the treatment of an autoimmune or inflammatory disease in a host comprising administering to the host an effective
amount of a compound of the formula (II), (IV) or (III):

by hydrogens;
(b) A, B, D and E are O; and
R1, R2, R3, R4, R5 and R6 are independently hydrogen, optionally substituted alkyl, alkenyl, alkynyl, cycloalkyl, cycloalkenyl, cycloalkynyl, aryl,
alkaryl, arylalkyl,
optionally in a pharmaceutically acceptable carrier.
