| 1. A toner comprising:
toner particles; and
inorganic fine particles,
wherein the inorganic fine particles are externally added to the toner particles which comprise a binder resin and a colorant,
and
wherein the inorganic fine particles comprise forsterite having a relative permittivity measured at 1 MHz of 2 to 10 and a
volume resistivity of 1011Ω·cm or more.
