| 1. Eyewear comprising, in combination:
a frame having a right side and a left side; and
a retaining assembly comprising:
a right connecting member on the right side of the frame and including a first recess, the first recess including a first
retaining wall extending along a portion of a first side of the first recess and a second retaining wall extending along a
second side of the first recess;
a left connecting member on the left side of the frame and including a second recess, the second recess including a first
retaining wall extending along a portion of a first side of the second recess and a second retaining wall extending along
a second side of the second recess;
a right temple connecting member having a first substantially T-shaped projection on a front portion thereof, the first projection
configured to be received by the first recess;
a left temple connecting member having a second substantially T-shaped projection on a front portion thereof, the second projection
configured to be received by the second recess; and
a first biasing member on the front portion of the right temple connecting member; and
a second biasing member on the front portion of the left temple connecting member.
