1. A method of playing a dice casino game comprising the steps of:
placing a wager in the dice casino game;
providing a pay out value and an escrow value in the dice casino game;
presenting to a player, during a play of the dice casino game, a number of dice in response to the placed wager;
rolling the number of dice to one of a plurality of outcomes in the play of the dice casino game;
awarding the player the pay out value and the escrow value only when the aforesaid one outcome equals at least one predetermined outcome and then ending the play of the dice casino game; and
when the aforesaid one outcome is not the at least one predetermined outcome, then awarding the player with a portion of the pay out value based on the aforesaid one outcome and adding the remaining portion of the pay out value to the escrow value.
