| 1. A display device comprising:
a wiring over an insulating surface;
a metal film over the insulating surface so as to separate from the wiring;
a transparent conductive film provided so as to cover the metal film; and
a light emitting layer over the transparent conductive film,
wherein the transparent conductive film has a first portion over the metal film, a second portion over the insulating surface
and a third portion over the wiring, the second portion being located between the wiring and the metal film,
wherein a width of the second portion is smaller than a width of the first portion, a width of the third portion, and a width
of the wiring, and
wherein the transparent conductive film covers an end portion of the wiring.
