| 1. An organic electronic device comprising at least one dummy electrode adjacent to at least one pair of active electrodes
of the same polarity,
wherein the dummy electrode is biased so that an electric potential difference exists between the dummy electrode and a selected
one of the pair of active electrodes that is equal to or greater than the electric potential difference between the selected
one and an unselected one of the pair of active electrodes.
