1. A compound of the formula I:

wherein

W is a substituted or unsubstituted alkyl, substituted or unsubstituted alkenyl, substituted or unsubstituted cycloalkyl, substituted or unsubstituted aryl, substituted or unsubstituted heterocyclyl;

R¹, R², R³, R⁴, R^4B, R⁵, R^5B, R⁶and R⁷are each independently selected from the group formed by hydrogen, substituted or unsubstituted alkyl, substituted or unsubstituted cycloalkyl, substituted or unsubstituted alkenyl, substituted or unsubstituted aryl, substituted or unsubstituted heterocyclyl, —COR⁸, —C(O)OR⁸, —C(O)NR⁸R⁹, —HC═NR⁸, —CN, —OR⁸, —OC(O)R⁸, —S(O)_t—R⁸, —NR⁸R⁹, —NR⁸C(O)R⁹, —NO₂, —N═CR⁸R⁹or halogen;

L is hydrogen, substituted or unsubstituted alkyl, substituted or unsubstituted cycloalkyl, substituted or unsubstituted alkenyl, substituted or unsubstituted aryl, substituted or unsubstituted heterocyclyl, —COR⁸, —C(O)OR⁸, —C(O)NR⁸R⁹, —HC═NR⁸, —CN, —OR⁸, —OC(O)R⁸, —S(O)_t—R⁸, —NR⁸R⁹, —NR⁸C(O)R⁹, or —N═CR⁸R⁹; and wherein the pair R⁴and R^4Bor the pair R⁵and R^5Btaken together may form a carbonyl group,

t is 1, 2 or 3;

R⁸and R⁹are each independently selected from hydrogen, substituted or unsubstituted alkyl, substituted or unsubstituted cycloalkyl, substituted or unsubstituted alkenyl, substituted or unsubstituted aryl, substituted or unsubstituted heterocyclyl, substituted or unsubstituted alkoxy, substituted or unsubstituted aryloxy, halogen;

n is 2, 3, 4 or 5;

or a pharmaceutically acceptable salt, isomer, prodrug or solvate thereof.
