1. A stabilizer for shoeing a horse comprising:
a support frame;
a plurality of retainer bars slideably and rotatably connected to said support frame;
a plurality of mounting eyelets connected to said retainer bars and to said support frame;
a plurality of outboard-mounted wheel assemblies connected to said support frame;
a trailer hitch assembly connected to said support frame;
a plurality of horizontal spines formed with a plurality of retention notches and connected to said plurality of retainer bars;
a restraining strap connected to said plurality of retainer bars;
a support harness connected to said retention notches of said plurality of horizontal spines;
a plurality of restraining mechanisms connected to said harness, said plurality of mounting eyelets, and said retention notches of said plurality of horizontal spines; and
a hoof positioner moveably connected to said support frame.
