a fixed portion;
a movable portion, connected to the fixed portion, comprising:
a through hole, wherein the through hole has a center, and the optical axis passes through the center of the through hole;
a receiving groove, disposed on the first side and the second side;
a counterweight element, disposed on the receiving groove;
a first groove, disposed on the first side; and
a second groove, disposed on the second side; and
a driving assembly, driving the movable portion to move in a direction that is parallel to the optical axis relative to the fixed portion;
wherein when viewed in the direction that is parallel to the optical axis, the optical element driving mechanism has a rectangular structure with a first side, a second side, a third side, and a fourth side, and the first side is opposite the third side, and the first side is adjacent to the second side and the fourth side;
wherein a shortest distance from the center of the through hole to the first side is greater than a shortest distance from the center of the through hole to the third side, and the shortest distance from the center of the through hole to the first side is greater than a shortest distance from the center of the through hole to the fourth side.
