1. A polynucleotide construct comprising the nucleotide sequence of SEQ ID NO:1, the polynucleotide construct comprising the structure of Expression (I), wherein Expression (I) comprises:
5′-A-B-C-D-E-F-3′  (I); wherein,
A represents the promoter;
B represents the multiple cloning site region;
C represents the CH1 fragment of the human IgG heavy chain constant region;
D represents the linker sequence, wherein the linker is selected from the group consisting of (Gly4Ser)3 and (GlySer)5;
E represents the yeast surface positioning sequence; and
F represents none or the tag sequence, wherein the tag sequence is selected from the group consisting of c-Myc, V5, hexahistidine, glutathione-S-transferase, streptavidin, biotin, hemagglutinin, Flag tag and E tag.
