1. A triazole silane compound represented by the chemical formula (I):

wherein X1 and X2 are the same as or different from each other and each represents a hydrogen atom, a linear or branched alkyl group having a carbon number of 1 to 12, a phenyl group, a benzyl group, an amino group, or an alkylthio group having a carbon number of 1 to 6; m represents an integer of 1 to 12; R represents a methyl group or an ethyl group; provided that the case where X1 and X2 are simultaneously hydrogen atoms is excluded.
