| 1. An image processing apparatus, comprising:
an image reading section which reads an image on an original document at a reading position and obtains image data corresponding
to the image;
an original document conveying section which conveys the original document to the reading position by feeding the original
document separately from a group of the original documents;
a detecting section which detects an information recording medium on the original document being conveyed by the original
document conveying section;
a determining section which determines whether multiple feeding, in which a plurality of the original documents are conveyed
in an overlapping state, has occurred, based on a detection result of the detecting section, wherein the determining section
specifies the original documents which are conveyed in the overlapping state;
an information obtaining section which obtains identification information stored in the information recording medium on each
of the original documents; and
a storing section which stores the identification information of the original documents specified to have been conveyed in
the overlapping state as information for identifying the original documents specified to have been conveyed in the overlapping
state.
