1. A compound of formula (I)
 (i) R1 is —CH═C(R11)(R12) where R11 and R12 are independently H or tert-butyl;
(ii) R2 is independently selected from the group consisting of:
 where R9 is selected from the group consisting of H and R10, where R10 is aryl, and R′1, R′2 and R′3 are independently selected from the list consisting of H and COOalkyl, or R′2 and R′3 together form a phenyl ring; where aryl is a monocyclic or polycyclic aromatic substituent containing from 6 to 14 carbon
atoms; and
(iii) R3 is methyl.
