1. An engine generator comprising an engine, a muffler, a generator, an engine cooling air path for allowing passage of cooling air for cooling the engine and the muffler, a generator cooling air path for allowing passage of a cooling air for cooling the generator, an engine duct covering the muffler and shaped for guiding the cooling air from the engine cooling air path to the outside of the engine generator, and a generator duct extending around a periphery of the generator and shaped for guiding the cooling air from the generator cooling air path to the outside of the engine generator separately from the cooling air from the engine cooling path, wherein the engine duct and the generator duct are formed in one monolithic body as a cooling air exhaust duct, the cooling air exhaust duct being directly mounted to the engine as one body.
