| 1. An apparatus comprising:
a multiplexer configured to multiplex a plurality of channels into a first signal and to output the first signal for transmission
over a wireless first network; and
a service information generator configured to generate complementary schedule and configuration data for the plurality of
channels and encryption data for at least one of the plurality of channels, and to output a second signal for transmission
on a wireless second communications network, the second signal comprising the generated schedule and configuration data and
the encryption data.
