1. An organic electroluminescence display device comprising:
a polymer supporting substrate being subjected to moisture-proof treatment or hydrophobic treatment by forming an inorganic film or applying a fluorine resin;
an organic electroluminescence element comprising an organic luminescent medium sandwiched between a lower electrode and an upper electrode, on the supporting substrate; and
a transparent resin layer being arranged between the supporting substrate and the lower electrode, the layer being the only member therebetween;
the lower electrode being capable of transmitting an electroluminescence emission;
wherein the following expression (6) is satisfied
n5≧n7≧n8  (6)
wherein n5 represents a refractive index of the lower electrode, n7 represents a refractive index of the transparent resin layer, and n8 represents a refractive index of the supporting substrate.
