| 1. A light scrambling system comprising:
a substrate with a first surface and a second surface; and
a plurality of light pipes adapted to receive and transmit light, wherein each light pipe includes a first end on the first
surface of the substrate and second end on the second surface of the substrate;
wherein the first ends of the light pipes have a first spatial relationship to one another, wherein the second ends of the
light pipes have a second spatial relationship to one another, wherein the first spatial relationship is different from the
second spatial relationship thereby scrambling the light received and transmitted by the light pipes; and wherein the light
scrambling system is adapted to scramble an image that passes through the system from the first surface to the second surface.
