| 1. A method for assigning subchannels in a wireless communication system, the method comprising the steps of:
(1) generating (Q−1) subcarrier groups by classifying Q(Q−1) subcarrier bands;
(2) detecting subcarrier bands corresponding to a sequence from Q subcarrier bands of each of the (Q−1) subcarrier groups;
(3) assigning the detected subcarrier bands as a first subchannel;
(4) interleaving the (Q−1) subcarrier groups and detecting subcarrier bands corresponding to an interleaved sequence from
the Q subcarrier bands of each of the (Q−1) subcarrier groups; and
(5) assigning the subcarrier bands detected from each of the interleaved (Q−1) subcarrier groups as a second subchannel;
wherein the sequence is expressed as
S0=α,α2,α3, . . . ,αQ−2,αQ−1,
where S0 denotes the sequence, Q denotes a size of a Galois Field, and α denotes a primitive element of a Galois Field (Q).
