A NMR apparatus comprising a superconductor magnet, a probe coil of a superconductor coil made of magnesium 2-boride formed on a surface of a substrate, and a coil bobbin around which the superconductor coil is wound, wherein the substrate is made of a flexible organic material that contains no hydrogen atoms.
