1. A compound of formula
![]() A represents N;
B represents a C atom substituted with R1;
R1 represents hydrogen or a lower alkyl, haloalkyl, alkylamino, cycloalkylamino, alkoxy, haloalkoxy or alkylthio group;
Q together with the pyrimidine ring forms a 6,7-dihydro-5H-cyclopentapyrimidine, 5,6,7,8-tetrahydro-quinazoline, 6,7,8,9-tetrahydro-5H-cycloheptapyrimidine
or 5,6,7,8,9,10-hexahydrocyclooctapyrimidine skeleton;
R2 means methyl, ethyl, n-propyl, isopropyl, n-butyl, isobutyl, tert.-butyl, 1,1-dimethylpropyl or phenyl;
R3-R7 mean hydrogen, alkyl, alkenyl, aryl, or cyanoalkyl;
or a pharmaceutically acceptable acid addition salt of such a compound.
