| 1. An arrangement comprising:
a flexible airbag flap and an airbag module housing an airbag, wherein
the airbag module is arranged on a frame, other than a cross member of an instrument panel, the frame being integrated into
a decor carrier of the instrument panel, and
the decor carrier forms an integral piece with the flexible airbag flap and is reduced in wall thickness in an area defining
the flexible airbag flap, and
the frame, both from the top and from the underside, is foamed, such that the frame is surrounded with material of the decor
carrier.
