| 1. A method of remotely communicating with a Broadband modem, comprising:
accepting a Plain Old Telephone System (POTS) connection initiated by the Broadband modem in a remote server; and
accepting a communication from the Broadband modem over the POTS connection, the communication describing a broadband communication
error detected when a Broadband circuit cannot be provisioned over a twisted pair connected to the Broadband modem.
