medium comprising predefined locations for enabling booting and/or file system read/write, the apparatus comprising:
means for recording said control information in at least one of said locations,
wherein the removable recording medium is addressable by logical sector numbering, the recording means records said control
information in logical sector numbered 16 reserved by the ISSO 9660 system.
