| 1. A method comprising:
receiving at an array of multiple antenna elements a radio frequency signal transmitted by a moving object;
estimating a speed of said moving object based, at least in part, on a spatial cross-correlation among characteristics of
signals received at individual ones of said multiple antenna elements; and
comparing the estimated speed against a threshold to determine the quality of the estimated speed.
