| 1. An electro-optical device comprising:
a substrate;
a plurality of emitting elements formed on the substrate;
a sealing member attached to the substrate so as to seal the emitting elements in cooperation with the substrate, the sealing
member having an outer surface facing away from the emitting elements;
a circuit that is attached to the outer surface of the sealing member and that drives or controls the emitting elements, the
circuit having an outer surface facing away from the sealing member;
a power line provided on the substrate;
an electrode on the outer surface of the circuit; and
a bonding wire connecting the power line to the electrode.
