1. A member for electrically cooperating with a conductive support surface to attract charged toner particles from the support
surface towards the member which comprises a conductive substrate for supporting a uniform potential thereon and at least
one layer which comprises a polymeric material having incorporated therein in an amount sufficient to provide the polymeric
material with a resistivity of from about 106 to about 5.0×1011 ohm cm a conductivity control agent from 0.001 to 5.000 weight percent, based on the total weight of the polymeric material,
the conductivity control agent comprising a hydroxyalkylphosphonium sulfonate salt represented by the formula:
![]() where Ar comprises a substituted or unsubstituted aryl group;
R comprises substituted or unsubstituted divalent alkylene moiety;
R1, R2 and R3 comprises substituted or unsubstituted alkyl or aryl group which may be the same or different.
