1. An aqueous composition comprising in admixture (a) a complex comprising (i) copper ions, zinc ions or a mixture thereof, and (ii) a hydrolyzed olefin/maleic anhydride copolymer having a molecular weight in the range of about 10,000 to about 50,000; and (b) ammonia and/or ethanolamine; wherein component (b) is present in an amount sufficient to solubilize the complex.
